Hello all, please could I have some help with the following issue… I have been using ebay managed payments to recieve money and have a Quickfile feed for this ebay managed payments account. When I have needed to make refunds to customers for postage discounts on multiple purchases, ebay takes the money from my bank current account and not my ebay managed payments account. That’s no problem, but when I need to show the transaction as a refund, Quickfile doesn’t let me as there wasn’t an original transaction from the current account to match it with. Does anyone have a workaround for this please? Many thanks, Mark.

You can create a credit note on a customer account for the amount to be refunded
When you save it you are presented with credit note options where you can select the account and method of the refund e.g. current account, debit card.
This will then show in your current account as a tagged money out transaction.
