Is there a way to reinstate a client record that has been deleted accidentally?
It does not show on the client list, though if you click on one of the invoices his record is there.
I need to allocate a payment going out to balance his account.
If you have invoices linked to the client, these would still remain - we don’t change or remove these. It may have been that the invoices have also been deleted, but this should show in the event log for that client.
