Remittance advice email address

Hi,
A client is asking me to provide them with an email address for them to send their remittance advice to. I currently don’t know the address that quick file is using to email clients (I’ve set it to my business email, but I can’t see list of what has been sent via the email), and don’t know if I have to use the same one for accepting remittance advice notes - can you please clarify? Alternatively could i send them my business email address to be sent those advice notes?

Hello Simon

QuickFile uses the email address you have set as “Default email address” in Account Settings > Routine Emails screen for all the automated functions.

If they reply to an invoice you would get a notification in the software.
