Remittance Advice Feature not working?

I can no longer seem to send remittance advice emails to my suppliers when logging a purchase… has this feature been disabled / changed?


Can you confirm that you are logging the payment via the invoice itself please?

At present, this is the only way to send a remittance advice:

Yes I am - on my screen the log payment dialogue appears as above except there is no ‘send an email notification to the supplier’ tick box

How bizarre! I’ve done a couple of checks my end (e.g. no contacts, no email address etc), but I still get the option.

Maybe @Glenn can shed some light on this!
