Remote access being denied

when I add her email address as administrator to the team acces pane, I get a message that says that email is associated with another account. I only have one accouont… Is there an easy way to giver her access to my Quickfile?

You can only add an email address to 1 QuickFile account.

If she is linked to another she would either have to remove it or you could use a different email address for her.

@hughg You can have ‘different’ email addresses on the same email account using plus addressing (most email providers support it).

For example, if Jane Bloggs has email address janebloggs@example.com then could use janebloggs+hughg@example.com and that would count as different.

she canot access it either

If my accountant cannot access my account is there a way of retrieving it so I have access at least?
