i probably signed up previously to have a look at quickfile and i used my personal email.
ive now signed up with my company email.
ive also signed up with my 2nd company email as a 2nd quickfile account.
when i go into receipt hub and input my sending email addresses, when i input my personal email it says i cant because its linked to another quickfile account?
i then looked in my other quickfile account and its not in that one either?
i can not find my personal email listed in either quick file account but it must be in the system somewhere?
so i then requested a password to be sent to my personal email for login, i got the login link via email and it logged me into my 1st company account which only has my company email on it?
im a little confused?
i need to remove my personal email address form the system so i can add it to one of my new quickfile sending email accounts?
Each QuickFile account has a different login URL https://<something>.quickfile.co.uk - this is so you can be an administrator on one business and a customer on others at the same time. So to log in to your “other account” where your personal email is the administrator you need to know what URL it used.
If you fill in your email address at https://www.quickfile.co.uk/login/search it should send you an email with this information. Once you know the right URL you can do another reset password request from there.
