Remove an old email address from account?

i probably signed up previously to have a look at quickfile and i used my personal email.

ive now signed up with my company email.

ive also signed up with my 2nd company email as a 2nd quickfile account.

when i go into receipt hub and input my sending email addresses, when i input my personal email it says i cant because its linked to another quickfile account?
i then looked in my other quickfile account and its not in that one either?

i can not find my personal email listed in either quick file account but it must be in the system somewhere?

so i then requested a password to be sent to my personal email for login, i got the login link via email and it logged me into my 1st company account which only has my company email on it?

im a little confused?
i need to remove my personal email address form the system so i can add it to one of my new quickfile sending email accounts?

Each QuickFile account has a different login URL https://<something>.quickfile.co.uk - this is so you can be an administrator on one business and a customer on others at the same time. So to log in to your “other account” where your personal email is the administrator you need to know what URL it used.

If you fill in your email address at https://www.quickfile.co.uk/login/search it should send you an email with this information. Once you know the right URL you can do another reset password request from there.

here is what ive found so far.

i have company 1 with company 1 email address.

i have company 2 with company 2 email address.

i have checked both receipt hubs and both have no email addresses listed.

if i input my person email on that link above, it send me an email to my person email address saying Company 1 was located with a link to it.

company 1 is registered with the company email though, not my personal one. in the settings i cant see anywhere with my personal email listed either?

this seems to be somehow linking my person emial from ages ago when i signed upto quickfile to test it out using my personal email.

how can i remove my person email from this?

I don’t work for QuickFile so I can’t look into the back end for you, it’ll have to wait until @QFMathew or @QFBeth pick this up.
