Remove "pay online at quickfile" from invoice pdf

When I print a PDF of my sales invoices it prints “pay online at xxx.quickfile.co.uk” even though I have not set up any online payment options. This is confusing my customers and I am having to spend excessive time explaining replying to them that this option isn’t actually available.

Is there any way to remove this wording from the PDF copy of the invoice? It doesn’t show when you just view the invoice on the screen.

There is indeed a way to remove it :smile:

Select Invoice Customisation from your account settings menu

Select the middle bar:

And lastly, tick the box:

Job done :smile:
