Remove VAT No from Estimate/Quotation

I have de-registered for VAT but Estimates still show my old VAT registration number. How can I remove it?

Hi @DuncanH

You can hide the VAT number by going to Account Settings >> Invoice Customisation, and clicking on the box with the labels for issue date etc.

This will however, hide it on all invoices, not just new ones. If you need to keep the VAT number on older invoices, it may be better to just remove the VAT number from your account (Account Settings > Company Settings), and leave it showing on invoices. This would just show a blank space instead of a VAT number.
