Hi There I have a number of clients on my Affinity that have ceased trading due to retirement or are now doing book keeping themselves. The ones doing their own book keeping want their data sending over, how do I download it, to send it to them and does it include all the scanned copies attached? How to delete a company from Affinity

I want to completely remove a company that is an my Affinity dashboard. It has not been used by my client and will not be. A previous posting in April 2014 gives a link to the method but the link is broken and nothing else comes up with a search. How do I delete the company?
