is there any way to clear a client’s ‘Account Credit’ please?
Was the credit wrongly allocated to start with?
From the client screen if you go to the view button and select payments, you will see a list of payments received from that particular client. One or more of the payments will have the narrative “GBP xx remains unallocated”.
This will be attributing to the client credit so you can either delete that transaction or go into the detail screen and refund it from the bank.
