Removing bank payment facility fom receipt hup system

Removing ability to tag bank payment in receipt hub

Typical use case
no choice when posting receipts through the receipt hup to use bank as a payment

How I would expect it to work
I have multiple Quickfile accounts where three or more users have access to the receipt hub. I would like to block bank as an alternative but leave cash payments there. Often the user creates a bank payment which then duplicates the bank eentry

Yeah, on this, I would absolutely love a “never ever make up your own random bank transactions” option

It’s the number one issue I constantly have to warn people of before they touch QuickFile - it will regularly create false bank transaction records without warning from buttons you’d never expect to do so

A question of “have you paid for this?” is not the same as “do you want to manually create a bank entry?”

The key places this happens are refunds, the receipt hub, and bank transfers where no contra was found (it’ll silently invent a contra instead)
