Hello. i’ve received an email for my client saying that we are due to renew in a month time. I paid straight away so I don’t forget. The renewal starts from the payment date or from the renewal due date?

Hi @Cristina,
The renewal date still stands so if you have paid early it will still take the renewal date as the anniversary. You won’t lose a month of subscription.
