Reoccuring Invoice - Username

Today the system generated and sent an invoice based on a reoccuring profile that we have setup.
It states, however, that the ‘user’ that sent it was John? We dont have a user called John…

Previous entires have been listed as ‘Quick file bot’

Please advise?

This is a bit of a strange one but I’ve narrowed it down to a problem that occurred yesterday when the recurring invoices were processed. We had about 50 that failed, so we ran them from a different account. As it happens the event log picked up the name of our own account from which the invoices were processed.

We’re about to run an update on the event log entries. It wouldn’t have any other effect on the invoices, just the event log name. We’ve also fixed the underlying cause of the problem so it shouldn’t happen again.
