Reoccurring invoice, value wrong

I amended a recurring invoice for April, it’s processed today but for the wrong amount.

needs investigation, is there an audit trail?

Open the invoice and scroll down. The “recent events” list should tell you what happened with that invoice. A similar history can be found beneath each recurring invoice template.

Looks like I deleted an invoice by mistake, can they be recovered. I think it has been emailed to the customer before it was delted

Yes you can restore Deleted invoices as they aren’t deleted completely from QuickFile.

you should be able to see this:

if you select Deleted that will bring them up for you to be able to view and restore :slight_smile:
