Repeated attached files when rebilling items


I have created an invoice by rebilling items. If I click on save details multiple times before clicking on preview, it will keep adding another copy of the attached documents to the invoice.

Is this normal?


I’ve just tried this but I’m not able to replicate it. Would you provide me a few steps so I can see if I can do this on a test account please? You’re welcome to upload screenshots if it helps (although please hide any sensitive data).


Here are the steps:

  • Select some items from the purchase view
  • Click rebill to client
  • Select client, 0%, contra, physical, and attach
  • Create invoice
  • Click save details multiple times
  • Click preview and here you have multiple copies of the documents
