Is there a way to pull a transaction report for a particular period that also shows project tags ( I don’t want to pull just a specific project tag, I want to see all transactions with their relevant projet tags on the report)

You can use the Sales_Invoice.csv report in the backup as this gives you all sales invoices and includes all project tags.
You can then filter it for a date range.
