We’re using a 3rd Party SMTP server, and have configured the email address quickfile@whitecherry.co.uk to send.
It would appear that emails aren’t sending externally (out of our domain). I have a ticket logged with our hosting company, but wondered if there was anything you could check?
It’s not possible to resend the confirmation without removing and reinserting the payment, this will reveal the option again. Otherwise you can get the email template in Account Settings >> Routine Routine emails amend and resend manually.
