Is there a way to resend payment confirmation emails as a message has been displayed (Email failed to send. Check email format is valid)?
We’re using a 3rd Party SMTP server, and have configured the email address quickfile@whitecherry.co.uk to send.
It would appear that emails aren’t sending externally (out of our domain). I have a ticket logged with our hosting company, but wondered if there was anything you could check?
