When setting up privileges for new team members, is it please possible to separate the view and modify options for individual sales, purchase & estimate records?
I am setting up our accountant as a user, but as my sales invoices are the backbone of my order process, I want to eliminate the possibility of anything accidentally being altered.
I would like him to have viewing privileges, but not the option to modify.
Similarly for reports and bank access.
Is that possible?
