Restricted user can delete my Sales and purchase record

hi,
I want to create a guest user who can just view all activity on my account. like he can see my sales and purchase record but cant modify or delete it. when i select option ‘invoice and payment management overview screen’ it was allowing that guest user to delete records from that page.
also I want guest user to see my all bank account transactions but not with any modification or deletion option.
Thanks, is it possible?
