Rogue and duplication of purchases appearing on 'Money you Owe'

Hi,

Ever since I’ve used QF (which I love by the way) I get these rogue transactions which go straight to outstanding purchases (Dashboard - Money You Owe) rather than get listed in my credit card account when it does a bank feed refresh. Or in some cases it actually duplicates the transaction in both, leading to the problem I then can’t delete them because they have already been accounted for in the initial payment within my credit card account

Is this a bug or is there something I’m doing wrong?

Thanks for the positive feedback!

The “Money you owe” on the dashboard is made up of 2 parts -

  • Outstanding purchase invoices, or
  • Custom nominal codes

If you don’t have any custom nominal codes, it may be worth checking if the transactions are being tagged with a bank tagging rule. This may also cause the duplication, depending on the bank rule.
