Rolling Bank Feed not Cancelling

The cross to cancel the rolling bank feed does not work on the client summary page. Anyone else experienced this and if yes how did you cancel the rolling bank feeds?

I did reply to the private message you sent last night asking you for the account this relates to so that we can look into why you can’t cancel.

If you could let me know the account then we can investigate for you
