Cannot find where to find the template when a letter is emailed to a client?
Apologies for the delay in responding, I had to double check this with a colleague.
There isn’t a way of editing this at the moment, but I agree that it should be. I’ve logged this for review and will update you when I’ve heard back.
@alan_mcbrien - Just a quick update to let you know this has been added. You can find this template in Routine Emails, called E-Letters.
