Routine invoice/reminder emails

Hi,

Some of my customers have recently complained that they have difficulties finding my invoices in their systems, as invoices/reminders do not come from the email address I have registered with them.

Is there a way of sending invoices/reminders from quickfile so that the email address displayed at the recipient’s side is my own email address rather than one generated by quickfile?

Yes. You need to set QuickFile up to send email via your own SMTP server, there’s instructions in the knowledge base if you search for SMTP.
