So i go to my ‘show all sales tab, and the list appear shows invoices 1,2,3,4,5,6, and 8, but no 7 and when I try and change 8 to 7, it tells me it is already taken, yet I cant see it anywhere to delete or edit it.

I checked the account linked to this email address and I can see the invoice was deleted.
You can see this (and restore it if required) by clicking the “Deleted” option at the bottom of the invoice list.
