Please can you tell me if there is a way of adding a contact email without it showing up in the sales invoice, I only want the company name and address on the invoice not who I am sending it to.

When you select the client, it will pre-populate the boxes. But next to “Client Address”, you will have a Modify button:
If you click this, you can edit the name and address independently, and remove the name if you wish:

Thank you Matthew but it seems to me that if you put a contact person so that you can email that person the invoice, their name appears on the sales invoice under the company name and before the address and it is this I want to remove
I think you might have looked at Mathews post incorrectly, you can edit the name if you follow the steps above.
