Sales Invoice not appearing in my customer's account

The sales invoices I have created do not appear in my customers quickfile account, although they appear in my customers email. I am new to quick file, Can you help?

Does your customer have their own QuickFile account, or are have you just set them up as a client for them to log into your QuickFile account?
