Sales invoice rate & Hours removal

Hi, can you remove the hours and rate headings on a sales invoice. I would like the sales invoice to read something like:

Assist with xyz £500

No mention of hours/rate/quantity/number etc.

It is possible to remove the header row completely but you can’t hide individual column headers:

You can also completely hide columns:

Both of which require you to use the CSS editor.
