Sales Invoices Export Data With PARTPAID values & Total Invoice Value

When searching for unpaid sales invoices, being able to export the data to an excel file is very helpful, but when you export the selected invoices any which have been part paid only show the total invoice value and not the amount outstanding.

Is there a way to export these with both the total invoice value and outstanding value in separate excel columns?

Hi @ColinC

While this feature isn’t available in that particular export, we do include it in another one which may help.

If you perform an account back up, we include a file called Sales_Invoices.csv. This comes with a few columns that may help, including:

• Total Net
• Total VAT
• Total Gross
• Status
• Paid to Date
• Balance

As .csv files are compatible with software such as Microsoft Excel, you can easily filter the data in these reports too.
