Sales invoices modified but list view hasn't changed

I have had to modify the detail on a few invoices, but the invoice management view hasn’t been updated.

Will this update in time or is there a way to have it update to the revised invoice information please?

Are you referring to the “Invoice Name” column on the invoice overview screen?

This is set at the time of the invoice being created and isn’t automatically updated. It can however be updated manually in one of 2 ways.

  1. You can edit this by simply clicking on it and changing it on the invoice overview screen
  2. If you regularly change these, you may wish to enable the “name invoices on creation” option in advanced features which will add a box to your invoice edit screen, similar to this:
