Sales Invoices

Hi,

I have asked this question before but not yet received a response.
I need to be able to create a ~Purchase order from that an order acknowledgment then an Invoice and delivery note can quickfile do this for me?

• Create quotes instead of estimates
  Yes, you can rename the estimates within QuickFile to whatever you wish. The document itself doesn’t change, but the name would. There’s more on that here

• Purchase orders
  You certainly can, but you have to enable it first. There’s details on this here. However, there isn’t a way to create this from the estimate. This may be possible through our API however. So if you have coding knowledge then this may be possible (or we work with developers we could put you in touch with).

• Order acknowledgement
  There isn’t a specific feature to do this within QuickFile. The work around generally would be to reuse the estimate feature, but as you already use these, then this wouldn’t​ be an option. So unfortunately, it’s a no for this one I’m afraid.

• Invoice
  Invoices are created from the Sales menu in your account. You can simply go to the estimate and convert this, which also creates a link for auditing purposes (this shows in the event log).

• Delivery note
  There’s a basic delivery note feature by viewing the invoice and going to More Options >> View as delivery note
