Apologies for my lack of accounts knowledge - should sales show on the Profit and Loss sheet. I’ve put a sales invoice through and that it has been paid, but it isn’t showing on the P&L report.

The period selected needs to be within the date range of the sales invoices for transactions to appear on the P&L, try selecting ‘All Time’ or a prior period:
Yep, that’s done it - I’ve only done one invoice and that’s made me realise I put the wrong year on it! Thanks, Joe.
