Hi. I don’t use the Invoice section on QF but do it just by email. So, how then do I create an entry in the Sales section of my Dashboard to show amounts that I’ve now been paid by the Client. Thank you.
If you want to keep track of money received from individual clients then you need to create invoices in QF to flag as paid. You don’t need to send them, but it is the way to create all the necessary ledger entries. If you are only concerned with the total receipts across the board then just use the Cash Register Tool.
