Same contact multiple companies

How do you do this? I tried adding a new contact at another company and it won’t let me as it says this user is already registered.

I’ve just added 3 clients and I need to use the same contact for all 3 (well 4 to start with, but always more than 1 straight out of the gate).

It is possible. you will see the message in your screenshot as a warning but it will allow you to save.

Oh, fair enough then. The error in red makes it look like it is a terminal error.
