Santander Bank Feed - no transactions found

You have emailed me to ask me to check my bank balance as there appears to be a difference in balance, however, when I click to refresh the bank feed, it refreshes and says no transactions to be be imported although it is not pulling in todays transactions?

Any idea why that is?


Santander do things a little bit differently with their feed, in that even if a transaction is settled, it doesn’t necessarily present it as such. It’s usually the following day that this appears.

Is the difference on your account the value of these missing transactions?

Thanks for the information.

It appears there is also a slight discrepancy between the online balance and the missing transactions so i’m trying to see where that is.
