Santander Bank Feed Not Refreshing

Bank feed is stuck on 14th December. I have tried manually refreshing, nothing happens.

I would recommend revoking the feed in Banking >open banking feeds and setting the feed up again.

This will grant a fresh authorisation for the feed. Once set up try refreshing again.

I’m having the same issue with Santander Business Banking. I have tried revoking and refreshing multiple times, but the feed only goes up until the 6th December.

I can see the feed looks ok on your account

I can see some later transactions on the feed from the bank but as most banks only provide feeds going back 21 days you would need to import a statement for the missing period anyway.

Thanks for the reply, but It isn’t picking up any of the more recent feeds included within 21 days.

I’ve imported the missing statements manually, but there might be issues with automatic future feeds

Hi Steve,

One of my Clients is having just the same issue at about the same time (last feed 9th December)
Feeds are active have been revoked and re-attached but nothing pulling through.
All accounts Current, Savings & Credit Card.
Nothing showing on the Santander on line account so suggest an issue either.
Not even current transactions feeding through.

Any thoughts on next step

I’ve just re-run the test on your account and as far as I can see, it’s showing all the transactions you’ve listed.

However, I can see a permissions error being returned by the feed earlier today (5:08, 10:29, 10:30, 10:35, 10:37, and 10:39).

Have you revoked the re-connected the feed since then?

I had manually added the transactions that were missing and have now revoked and refreshed again. However I won’t know if this is actually working until another transaction is made through the bank.

HI Steve - I too am having the same issue with Santander. Nothing since 8th December. I will do a manual import but zero confidence that it will pick up as there are daily transactions not being sync’d. Feed has been re-authorised.

I just checked your account and I can now see raw data coming through to us from Santander.

If there are transactions today, I would expect them to be import on tomorrows feed.

Hi Steve I also have had no Santander transactions since 1st January despite refreshing feed. The feed says it is ok but I can see transaction in my bank for the last 7 days. Are you saying raw data is now coming through from Santander to all accounts or is this an account by account problem?

There are no issues with the feed on our end.

It may be that the bank has had an update on their end.

I would reccomend revoking the feed in Banking> Open banking feeds and setting it up again as a fresh authorisation may be required. Once you have done this try the refresh again to force the transactions through rather than waiting for the overnight feed.

I have had this issue as well (not updated since 21/12/24).

Solution that worked for me (as per QFSteve):

  1. Revoke your existing feed;
  2. Set up your feed again;
  3. On the bank management dashboard click on “Active feed” under your account name;
  4. On the Feed Details tab click on “Refresh”;
  5. Select a date that pre-dates your last imported entry;
  6. Click “Refresh” again.

All missing transactions should be imported and any duplicates removed.

I have been having the same problem since mid December. I have refreshed bank feed and also revoked the bank feed and restarted it again. Still the same. What’s happening please QuickFile?

I checked your account and the last transaction was 27/12/2024 and it was last re authorised 13 days ago. Can you please try revoking and re authorising again now please then refresh the transactions from 27/12/2024.

Hello and thanks for the quick response. I have revoked, re-activated and refreshed the feed going back to 27/12 but nothing has changed with 7 transactions on my bank statement since that date.

Hello sorted now there’s Removing Feed which doesn’t work and Revoking Feed which has worked. Thank you!
