I made some transactions in my bank account yesterday - payments and transfers between accounts. But Quickfile doesn’t see the transactions with the bank feed. I tried to manually update the feed (a couple of times and tried a few different dates), but that didn’t help - no errors or anything - it just says no transactions were imported.
If I view the bank feed details I am able to retrieve the correct balance from the bank.
Latest transaction in Quickfile is 14/12/2020 - I am missing 3 transactions all dated 20/12/2020 according to Internet banking.

Santander actually delays it’s presentation of transactions to us. I would expect these transactions to have been imported overnight. Would you mind checking and letting us know please?
