Hi, one of my clients tried to renew their bank feed today but it won’t work. I advised them to delete the feed and set it up again but no luck. Any suggestions?

Which website is this shown on, is it the QuickFile website, or the Santander website?

It sounds like it may be an issue on the Santander end of things then unfortunately. It may certainly be worth giving them a call to see if they have any information on their end.
