Santander feed not updating

Is anyone else having trouble with this? My QuickFile Santander feed is showing nothing since 23rd July but I can see transactions on the account when I go into my online banking. Our subscription is up to date and it was working fine til a few days ago. Is anyone else having this problem or have any suggestions?

I can see on your account the feed is showing as expired.

Try renewing the feed, failing that revoke access and set up the feed again

This will give a fresh authorisation.

Er yes, I was just coming here to delete this query! My colleague receives the emails rather than me (which otherwise makes sense) and hadn’t spotted it. All sorted out now.
