Hi. I recently closed down my Santander account (I decided to switch to Starling) and before I did this I downloaded several bank statements so I could upload them to QuickFile. I’ve just got around to uploading the files and I’ve realised the only upload options for Santander files are txt or qif files. Unfortunately I downloaded xlsx files so I’m unable to upload them. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can upload these files? Thanks in advance.
Open the file in excel and save as cvs instead. Go bank to QF import your bank statement but instead of selecting your bank on the drop down. Go all the way to the bottom and select other.
Upload your statement.
Now check that all the collumns are correct if there not, select the correct ones.
