Hi - we have a santander credit card and a business account. The CC is fine with the active feed, but the business account shows as offline. I have tried reactivating it but when I pick Santander as the bank, it shows me a personal account not relevant to my business. It doesn’t even show the credit card account now. I have tried removing the feed from all santander accounts but that does not change anything. Can you help please?

All feeds for a specific bank need to be activated in one go.
Try disconnecting your credit card feed then setting up the feed again.
On the login page be sure to select business
