Segmented profit and loss report error message

We have a problem with segmented profit and loss report, when selecting year end Date in the dropdown menu, we get thiis error message:

Year, Month, and Day parameters describe an un-representable DateTime.

The year end date is correct in settings.
We asked about this previously but it still appears not to be fixed on our account…:

Hi I have received this pop up message when selecting “year end date” from dropdown menu in segmented profit and loss report. Ive not seen this before? Year end date is set correctly in company settings. Any ideas why this is happening and how to get the report to work please? Thanks
