Self employed and electric car

Hi all,

Newly self employed with a small income and VAT registered (well below threshold). I have a personal leased electric car, can anyone tell me what I can claim for for this ie, mileage, VAT the actual lease itself??? Around half the miles it is driven are used for business. (800 per month)
