Send invoice to two email addresses

Please can you tell me how to send a sales invoice to two departments via email

You would need to add the second email address as a second contact to the client. If you view the client, you should see an option to add a new contact on the left hand side:

When you then try to send the email to your client, you will see all contacts there - just tick as many as you need:
