Send invoice with all the attachments?

Hi all,

First post, things are so far so good using Quickfile, thanks for making this free for those of us who are small enough! :grinning:

I set up and sent an invoice to a client, but only the invoice went as an attachment to the email, not the rest of the attachments. How do I send the invoice with all attachments so they don’t need to log on to Quickfile to get the attachments? (they’ve said they won’t log on, they want all the attachments by email).

Towards the bottom of the invoice page(the one where you send the email) there is a box for File attachments. You can drag the files here and they will be sent along with the invoice.

That’s what I did. I then sent the invoice to the client using Quickfile, choosing to Send Invoice by Email, ticked Attach Invoice as PDF, customised the message and sent it to the client, e.g.

Unfortunately, I think they only received the invoice itself as an attached PDF and not the receipts I’d attached to the invoice (which in turn were attached to the purchases).

How do I get Quickfile to send all attachments, not only the invoice?
