We are a Youth Group and use Quickfile to manage our accounts. We send invoices to parents so they can pay for trips and membership fees for their children. How do I send an invoice to a parent when they have more than one child? It says I cannot have a contact as the email address is already used!

The email address is used to allow the contact to log in to their online portal.
As such it can only be entered on 1 client account.
Would the parent not be the client?
If they have more than 1 child, would you not either, send more than 1 invoice (one for each child) or have more than 1 line on a single invoice?
