Send notification of new "my messages" to another user

Hi guys,

We have a number of users and the admin on our account isn’t necessarily the person dealing with the messages from customers. However, only the admin user appears to be getting notifications of the inbound messages.

Can we change this so either other users can receive them or we can configure the address to send notifications to please?

This isn’t something we support at the moment, but I’ve converted your thread to a feature request. If there’s enough interest from the community, we’ll certainly take a closer look at this.
