Sending invoice and statements abroad

There are two bugs I think but they are related.

I tried to send both a statement and an invoice to a client abroad using snail mail. Both seemed to work ok however:

The statement seemed to work fine and reported the cost as £1.40

However when I clicked send I got:

With the invoice the price was still at 54p:

And it appeared to send but in the snail mail manager it eventually “DECLINED” due to postcode error (I think it’s correct but I need to double check).

Further testing also showed that if you send a statement to the UK the price shows as £0.50p:

However £0.54 is billed I think (which is correct).

Thanks,

Richard.

I’m afraid the Snail Mail feature is UK only, it’s delivered via iMail (a subsidiary of UK Mail) and they don’t currently support overseas delivery.

I assumed that the actual Snail Mail option was hidden for non-UK clients, although it appears that this is not the case.

I have logged this for review tomorrow and I shall also check your account, any unsuccessful attempt should automatically get re-credited.
