Hi, Can the same letter be sent to all your customers, similar to a mail shot??

Not like a mailshot no, you’d have to manually send a letter to each client individually. To do it properly I would suggest Zapier and Mailchimp.

It wasn’t that I needed to use it for a mailshot as such, it’s just that sometimes you need to let all your customers know of a change… But I guess the principle is the same… Thanks again.

Sending letters is more of a CRM feature than one for accounting software, so we haven’t ventured too far into that area. As @Lurch points out above, we do integrate with Zapier which could help you achieve this, otherwise you’d have to do it one at a time I’m afraid

Just wanted to check something before giving you the wrong advice, but you can save one, copy it (like you can with an invoice for example), and just amend the details. That should hopefully speed it up a little bit :slight_smile:
