my problem now is when I was trying to send the UK property report to HMRC it gives a message
(RULE_START_DATE_NOT_ALIGNED_WITH_REPOTING_TYPE)
Is it because I have sent before a self assessment report which included both incomes.

This error message usually relates to the period of the draft report not matching the MTD settings.
For example if you generate a draft for 06/04/26-05/07/26 then change the MTD settings to
The draft report needs to be run for the dates showing on the Reports > Self Assessment screen as this is what HMRC is expecting.
You can just re run the report to create a new draft
