Server 500 error

Dear Support,
I am getting 500 server errors on my own and my clients Affinity Accounts. Hope you can resolve the issues soon!

Are you still seeing this issue? Can you provide me with some steps to replicate it, please? E.g. what page are you going to, what are you clicking?

I have 2 accounts and at the moment unable to open an estimate on either. It shows all estimates but will not open individual ones.

The invoice section. seems to be working?

Please advise as I need urgent access.

This has now spread to other parts of my accounts with the same server error.

I’ve merged your thread with an existing one.

As above, are you seeing this on any particular pages? Can you provide any steps for me to replicate this?

I’m also seeing this on all pages with a hit rate of about 50%. I haven’t identified a pattern.

It is happening with both my accounts

Its random pages not loading……mostly in the estimate section not being able to access individual estimates on either account.

Following same steps in invoice section and all is fine?

I have also used another device and the same issues so definitely not a device problem my end.

Thank you for responding so quickly.
This issue seems to have corrected itself. I have just logged into 2 clients on my Affinity account without any problems. I will let you know if I have any more problems.
